Reiki Basics
The word "Reiki" has been passed down for centuries in Japan, and today, it has spread worldwide. The energy that fills the universe has always existed within humans and animals as an essential life force. However, the stress, worries, dissatisfaction, and anger we feel in our daily lives cloud our vital life energy, which can lead to a loss of happiness and well-being.
There is an energy that, when actively absorbed into our bodies, is said to purify, heal, and restore us to our original state—mind, body, and soul. This energy can be transferred not only to ourselves but also to others by a trained practitioner, offering support for their healing process. This energy is called Reiki, and the method of using Reiki for purification, balancing and healing the mind and body is known as the Reiki Ho (the word "Ho" means "method").
What is Reiki?
